We do our best to keep all our products in stock, but sometimes it's hard to keep up.
Usually it takes up to 3 weeks to produce a new batch, so if you are interested in some product, or its variation, please contact us and we will provide you with the most updated information on when it will be available.

Can I request some minor modifications / customization in a product I liked?

It is definitely possible to customize the product to your own taste (colour, size, engraving, etc...). You will have to send us your idea in the Contact us page, and we will try to fulfill your request. 
IMPORTANT! Unfortunately, not every modification is possible to make, contact us, and we will discuss the possibilities.
* Making a custom product may affect the product price.

How long does it take before you send the product?

Accepted Answer

We are obligated to send the parcel you have ordered as soon as possible (usually in the day you have ordered or the next day), in any case no longer than 3 working days.
In case of ordering an engraved product (in the products that have this option on the product page) it will take up to 3 working days to make the engraving, and we will send the parcel as soon as it's done.
